“Tastier than Lechon” – You heard that right! For the past few years I never tasted such uber delicious Liempo, thats Balamban Liempo for you. While I was making this blog post, I couldn’t help myself spacing out looking on the photos of the tasty liempo meat.

I couldn’t describe the taste but only one thing hit my mind, “taste like lechon”. The meat is pack with all the right spices. Good for 4-5 persons for only Php160.00 per serving, they also have Lechon Manok for Php145.00
